In a seller’s market, some may think a house sells itself and there is no need for a real estate professional, however, as with all things in life, along with a seller’s market comes some additional complexities such as the stress (not to mention legal obligations) of handling multiple offers in a short time frame and how to evaluate offers that are so close to determine which is the best fit for your circumstances (for example, sometimes a closing date is more important than price!). A level-head, objective and strategic approach is essential to the successful sale of your property especially during a pandemic.
